Leading Effective Teams

The Leading Effective Teams program is an intensive 3-day program that immerses you in simulations and team challenges. The program provides you with an opportunity that is quite rare: a chance to practice, experiment, and reflect on negotiation and team effectiveness simulations without significant consequences.
